Following successful delivery of the 2015-16 Leadership Academy, the Rugby Football Union identified a need to improve the way candidates are welcomed to the programme by providing new pre-course information in an engaging ‘bite-sized’ format.

To keep viewers engaged, the video was kept as short as possible. The style and tone of voice was closely linked to the brand identity.  

The focus was on prioritising key messages that would help candidates 'hit the ground running'.
