Leaders Launch at Bisham Abbey

Volunteers from grassroots rugby in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire embarked on a leadership journey at the launch of the 2014-15 Leadership Academy.

As well as completing training needs analyses, the candidates formed challenge and support groups, got to know their mentors and identified common issues that they will explore further.

Historic Bisham Abbey was a fitting venue for the first Leadership Academy in the three counties.

The workshop was facilitated by Dusty Miller, Rugby Development Officer for Oxfordshire and Carole Thelwall-Jones, Options with Learning Ltd.
