Leadership journey continues for Hampshire Alumni

On a balmy May evening a greoup of graduates of the 2012-13 RFU Leadership Academy in Hampshire came to an Alumni workshop.  Together with their mentors, the candidates reflected on their learning and progress to date.  They also identified longer term personal goals.  Following a session on implementation and monitor performance against plans, they refined their indvidual action plans.

Carole Thelwall-Jones, who facilitated the event said, "Although numbers were small the group were particularly engaged in the future forward exercise.  The excellent venue allowed us to take advantage of a lovely evening to work outside."

"The positive energy these volunteers are investing in rugby is making a real difference in Hampshire," she added.

As one participant said the evening was, "informal, tailored, personal all very helpful and effective."
