Loughborough Sport look to enhance Leadership support

The Loughborough Sport team provide students with diverse opportunities to use sport as a vehicle for personal development.  This enhance the student experience and helps employability.  It also increases the volunteer workforce so more students can participate in sport more often.

Students get high quality support from the Coach & Volunteer Academy.  As more students take up the challenge, they find themselves leading teams of other students.  Making sure these leaders have the skills and confidence to succeed is really important.  In keeping with the University's strong student-centred ethos, Options with Learning Ltd facilitated two interactive sessions to find out what support students want.  Future investment in developing student leaders will be based on this feedback.
