NVQ5 Volunteer Management Achieved

 

Carole Thelwall-Jones has achieved NVQ Level 5 in the Management of Volunteers. 

 
Accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the programme is aimed at people responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for involving volunteers in their organisation’s work.
 
Carole has demonstrated competence in 8 NVQ Units (6 mandatory and 2 optional) covering
 
Developing your organisation's  volunteering policy
Develop organisational structures and systems to support volunteering
Develop plans to meet your organisation's goals
Evaluate volunteers' contribution to your organisation's goals
Develop relationships with individuals/organisations that can support volunteering strategy
Manage and continuously develop your own and others' capacity for managing volunteers
Develop productive working relationship (Mgt. 5)
Obtain funds to realise your organisation's volunteering policies and plan
