OWL Ltd creates Infographics for the RFU Leadership Academy

83 candidates and 19 mentors who participated the 2015-16 RFU Leadership Academy completed feedback about the programme.  There feedback was analaysed by OWL Ltd to create highly visual infographics in a range of formats:

Some improvements are planned for 2016-17, even though the feedback was really positive.  Five key findings were:

94% would reccomend the programme
88% believe that the objective to share "good practice in rugby leadership & management" was fully met
94% rate the mentors to 'good' or 'very good'
89% of mentors would definitely volunteer as a mentor again
48% of people progession to the 'Leadership in Union' programme are alumni of the Leadership Academy
