North Midlands RFUVolunteer Awards

The annual North Midlands Volunteer Awards recognise the outstanding contribution made at all levels of rugby in Greater Birmingham, Shropshire and Worcestershire & Herefordshire.  They honour the unsung heroes who ensure that rugby continues to flourish in North Midlands. 

Carole Thelwall-Jones was invited to facilitate an interactive team session to help the Community Rugby
Committee re-energise the Awards.

Eight committed and enthusiastic volunteers met at the Hilton Birmingham Bromsgrove Hotel.  Over nearly three hours the group confirmed the purpose of the awards, established success criteria, evaluated different options for the awards format and agreed their next steps.

Having agreed exciting changes to the format, the group left energised to make the 2014 Volunteer Awards the best ever.
